RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS
Your item may not be returned after 30 calendar days based on the 30-DAY EXCHANGE OR REFUND GUARANTEE
Process for returning an item:
-Make sure it meets the criteria for a valid return.
-Send us a message at savvygadgetshop@gmail.com indicating the intent to return the item. Please include the following in the email:
- Photo of the item
- Tags and labels attached
We will send a response to assist you in processing the return of the purchased item.
TIME FRAME FOR THE QUALITY EVALUATION PROCESS

1. Cancelling Unshipped-out Orders
If you are cancelling your order which has not yet to be shipped out, please kindly contact us via savvygadgetshop@gmail.com For the fastest resolution, please include your order number. Thanks!
2. Cancelling Shipped-out Order
If you are canceling orders when your parcel has already been shipped out or on its way to destination, please contact us and then kindly refuse to accept the parcel since we are not able to call it back at that time. we will refund your payment after deducting shipping costs. Refund will be issued as soon as parcel begins to return.
